The grand coronation night of Miss Cosmopolitan World 2019 concluded Friday night with Miss Nepal, emerging as the winner. She managed to defeat over 31 other international beauties competing for the title and was crowned by the outgoing queen, Miss Cosmopolitan World 2018, So-yeon Lim from Korea. The finale was held at Marriott Putrajaya Hotel in Malaysia on the 25th of October.
The runners-up of the 5th edition of the pageant were Miss Malaysia Chai Xin Tze, aka Christine Chai (1st runner-up), Miss Netherlands Marit Beets (2nd runner-up), Miss Philippines Clarisa Maye Presa Isidro (3rd runner-up) & Miss Russia Yekaterina Veinberger (4th runner-up).
The rest of the Top 12 semi-finalists were the beauties from Australia, Finland, Lithuania, Hong Kong, Czech Republic, Myanmar and Moldova.
